Just What the HELL is Really Going on Here?

The purpose of this blog is to address the most important aspects of our world, framed in the context of cultural, economic, environmental, and political trends. This is an incredible time to be alive. I believe that most of us will witness, sooner or later, a massive transformation of our society, our species, and our planet.

I hope to more or less just record any relevent information as I come across it, to give people an idea of what I'm reading and learning. Through this, people should get a general idea of what I care about, and why. I'm not an optimist, and I'm not a pessimist. I'm not naive, and I'm not a cynic. I'm not a republican, and I'm not a democrat. I'm not a communist, or a capitolist. I believe that this puts me in a position to objectively evaluate data, drawing logical and rational conclusions.
